A review of room key log, care requests and the shared charter finds a gap between the total in the public summary and the conditions recorded at the public shelter at Glass Ridge. The difference does not prove that anyone misstated the file. It shows what the public count leaves out: the host town holds the key while a neighboring service supplies the attendant.
The room key log, care requests and the shared charter lists 96 public hours when a staffed room is available; the previous window lists 92. Adrian Veil checked both against dated handoffs followed from dispatch to the last public stop. The source was checked against a second copy held by Sera Voss. No dated correction to either copy was present when the comparison closed.
The charter names a host town but not who confirms the attendant’s arrival. The office has not supplied a separate measure that would settle the disagreement, so the two explanations remain competing accounts.
This report supports a narrower finding: the count is repeatable, but it is not enough to decide how a shared public room opens when its key holder and attendant live in different towns.
Alimited schedule trial begins with a public end date. The Year second, late winter window 3 file remains open for its scheduled decision. The towns will add a two-party opening mark to the shared room log.
