The first housing archive copy at Vesper Steps used an address that has since been renumbered. Later amendments changed the room reference, but the public index did not link the old form to the current street board.

The archive reviewed leases, amendment leaves and the current register. It found copies with matching names and dates but different address references. That does not change the rights written in a lease; it changes how a resident finds the controlling copy.

The new index will preserve the original language, add a dated current-address note and link the two records. Residents can search by the old stair name without replacing it in the historical file.

This closes the address-link review. A future amendment will be recorded as a new dated note, not silently applied to earlier copies.

The archive committee closed this file by adopting the dated address link while retaining each original copy. The next docket will check the new notice batch.
